What to Expect
When you arrive for the worship service, stop by our welcome table to grab a name tag and any informational material that might be laid out. After you get a name tag, feel free to enjoy some coffee, tea, and/or refreshments. Mix and mingle with others who are there. Introduce yourself and build relationships.
The worship service begins at 10:30am with a song or two and some announcements.
The rest of the service includes singing, prayer, and a message from one of our pastors. Feel free to engage in these things in whatever way is comfortable for you. Sit. Stand. Clap your hands. Raise your hands. Fold your hands. Wear jeans. Wear a suit. Wear shorts. Really, whatever is helpful for you. Just be you, and expect God to have something to say to you.
There is a nursery available for your children through age 3 during the service.
We also offer classes prior to the service beginning at 9am (Septmember to May). Classes are available for children in pre-school through 6th grade (The Gospel Project curriculum), as well as those in 7th-12 grade (The Gospel Project curriculum).
Two other classes are offered for everyone else (7th-12th graders are also welcome): Theological Foundations (BCS Press curriculum) and Eternity 101.
If you’d like to pray before the worship service, we get together to do that at 10am. We meet in the space overlooking the gym.
